Our office is here to help you navigate federal programs and services. Below you’ll find detailed guidance on the six key services we provide.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Receive assistance with immigration, citizenship, passport, and permanent residence matters involving Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Canada Revenue Agency
Get assistance with federal tax and benefit matters administered by the Canada Revenue Agency, including account inquiries and processing concerns. Our office can help communicate with the CRA, request updates, and provide guidance on available federal services.
Service Canada
Receive support with federal programs delivered through Service Canada, including Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Old Age Security (OAS), Social Insurance Number (SIN), and passport services.
Correspondence
Share your questions, concerns, or feedback on federal matters affecting you or our community. Our office welcomes your correspondence and will review your inquiry to provide information, assistance, or direct it to the appropriate resources.
Meeting Request
Request a meeting with the Member of Parliament or invite the MP to attend a community event, organization, or special occasion. Our office will review your request and contact you regarding availability and scheduling.
Other
Request congratulatory messages or birthday greetings, and receive information about federal programs, services, and government updates. If you are unsure where your inquiry belongs, our office will be pleased to help direct you to the appropriate service.
